Ace & Aurum is operated by Kjmarii Ltd, registered in Scotland. We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Processing time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of payment being confirmed.

Delivery estimates
Standard delivery within the UK usually takes 2 to 5 business days once dispatched. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Dispatch confirmation
You will receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched. Tracking information will be included where available.

Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your dispatch confirmation, please get in touch and we will investigate.

Lost or damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
